Modtanks have been awarded New Product Design and Design For
Sustainability awards at designEX 2009. They are easy to assemble and
can be configured to any size block to suit your requirements.
Small stacks are ideal for feeding existing tanks from another locations and are suitable for both roof and grey water systems.
* A single module holds 77 litres – dimensions: 600 (w) 550 (h) x 300mm (d).

Warranty:
Modtank will replace any tank that fails within ten years of the date as appears on each tank.
Modtanks are manufactured by a blow molding process, which uses less
than HALF the amount of energy used by rotational-molding, the process
that is used to produce most plastic water tanks on the market today.
Blow molding has another advantage, it offers a much wider choice of
resins that a tank can be manufactured from. This has enabled Modtank
to be manufactured from a more durable plastic. Modtanks comply with
objectives standard AS/NZ 4766 polyethylene storage tanks for water and
chemicals.
The above allows Modtank to exceed this standard, where we
successfully subjected Modtank to hydrostatic regression testing,
simulating a fifty year plus life.
Warranty exclusions:
- Any tank not correctly installed as per the installation guide.
- The installation guide is included with every Modtank, and also under the 'delivery and installation' tab above.
- Any tank physically damaged either prior to installation or during operation.
- Any tank that has sustained a water column pressure greater than 2.3 metres.
- Any tank where the contents have been frozen.
- Any transport costs incurred in replacement.
- Any loss or damage to any party as a consequence of a tank failure.

$30 per delivery plus $3 per tank.

6 tanks: $30 + $18 = $48
16 tanks: $30 + $48 = $78

Interstate deliveries:
Modtanks are stored in our Melbourne warehouse, so it can be uneconomical to ship small quantities of tanks interstate.
If you wish to purchase half a pallet (16 units) or more, please
email us with the quantity you require and your delivery address, and we will get back to you with a delivery quote.
Installation:
Installation is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Each tank contains the following items:
* 2 O-rings
* Plugs & reducer (for sealing tanks)
* Sealing tape (can also be used as a substitute for liquid thread sealant)
Depending on your Modtank project you may also require some or all of the following items which can be purchased separately at your local hardware store:
* Hacksaw or similar fine saw
* A firm base for your tanks
* 15mm/19mm threaded/barbed elbow and tees
* 19mm elbows and tees
* Clamps for elbows and tees
* Poly irrigation hose
* Piping from the down pipe and for the overflow pipe
* Water filter for your down pipe (
