They use at least 50 % less water and energy than conventional full flow showers (use up to 22 litres of water per minute!).
This means a family of 4 with an average shower time of 8 minutes with
an average of 1 shower a day save more than 150 000 litres of water
per year resulting in a big reduction in water and energy ( you use
half of the amount of hot water which means less energy is required to heat the water).
